Audible Elegance

Walked in on a random day to ask about record players. I was shown around the showroom to test different songs, sounds, and music on different equipment. Being intimidated by price, I was eventually shown a set on sale. I was going on vacation out of town and did not want to commit. My info was taken down for reference when I came back to town. 2 weeks later I called and ordered my first HiFi setup. Got it home today and am super excited. The guys here did not push anything on me I was uncomfortable with. When I asked about other pieces they said, “Enjoy the setup and when you want to upgrade we can show you more.” I was even told to call back if I had trouble installing my kit. Thank you for making HiFi approachable.

I have to drive a long distance to find a place like Audible Elegance. I had found a deal online for a pair of demo speakers sold by this shop, and dealing with their staff and owner was a terrific experience. They were helpful, friendly, responsive, and generous with their time throughout the process. If I lived closer, I'd stop in frequently. Check out their second hand gear!

Audible Elegance is an exceptional store. They will help you find the right product. Rare in these days, they will stand behind that product. I bought a turntable that developed a slight problem after two years, Chris and Lou were able to troubleshoot the problem and replaced the problem motor under warranty. They take care of their customers, and I look forward to heading there next time I have a gear acquisition opportunity.

I have been a customer for 20 years and have always been treated well. Ownership and staff work hard to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Newest acquisition and it is fine and a great value.
